The Befrienders
It's been scientifically proven that people who sing often are happier. This can be seen (and heard!) every week at The Befrienders group!

Who says exercise has to be boring? This popular group combines gentle but effective seated excercises to music with socialising.

topical speakers of interest to older people.
Silver Lunch Club
Nourish your body and so much more at our Thursday lunch club which often includes an activity or a guest speaker.
