Getting older doesn't have to be lonely or isolating. Our programmes aimed at over-60s in Lewisham are designed to encourage creativity, well-being, and a sense of community. We have sessions for people that sing and people that paint, people that move (or want to!) and people that just like to have a cuppa and a chat. Find a session that interests you and come all along!
10:00 am, The Befrienders: Arts, music and friendship (Grove Centre)
1:00 pm, Arts & Games: craft projects one one end of the table, dominoes on the other! (Grove Centre)
Special session, first Tuesday of the month:
10.30 am, Golden Age Coffee Morning (South Lewisham Health Centre)
Wednesday,10:00 am Bingo & Body: Gentle exercise sweetened with a fun game of bingo (Grove Centre). Partially funding by a Magic Little Grant through the partnership between Localgiving and the Postcode Community Trust.
